Welcome to Hard Knocks Boxing and Fitness! We offer both one on one sessions and small group training for all fitness levels. Hard Knocks is currently located in the Kalispell Center Mall at 20 N Main St Kalispell, MT 59901. Our boxing instructors and fitness professionals are here to provide a safe and structured environment for all of our members. We keep class size small so everyone gets quality instruction and one on one attention.
