研究簡述:

     程序系統工程是化學工程學門的藝術展現,也是綜合所有化學工程學門必修課程的知識應用。彷彿一個畫家運用已有的色彩揮灑出美麗的圖畫一般。雖然,畫家並不投入前段尖端色料的研究,也不介入後段作品的展售過程,但卻是連結兩者之間的靈魂人物。

     一個製程的開發會隨著科技的進步而不斷演進,因此,一個產品的商業化製程隨著不同的技術也會有著不同的途徑。而蒸餾是化學工程中最常見但卻最消耗能源的程序:從簡單蒸餾、多成分蒸餾、共沸蒸餾到反應蒸餾,以及隔板式蒸餾。從原理至應用,從簡單的研究室模型到商業化製程,程序模擬扮演著兩造之間很重要的橋樑。透過程序的模擬可以減少試驗工廠的試誤成本而往最佳的條件前進。
