July 2007.  Rafael A. Medina (Fogarty Trainee) has succesfully obtained his PhD in Biomedical Sciences at The University of New Mexico.  Dissetation entitled "Sin Nombre Virus-host interactions: in vivo inhibition and viral entry in the deer mouse (Peromyscus maniculatus) model". Rafael's work was developed in Brian Hjelle's lab.
