ANNOUNCEMENTSHigh School HIV/AIDS Parent Preview Program
Richland School District high school parents may preview the HIV/AIDS education videos for grades 9-12 on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at Chief Jo Middle School, room 110. The program will begin at 7 PM. Student HIV/AIDS programs will take place in each building throughout the spring. State law mandates student instruction for grades 5-12. Parents may excuse their students from the instruction but the parents must first preview the videos. Parents may call the school nurse for each high school for more information. |

HSPE Testing InformationHigh School Proficiency Exams (HSPE) in Reading and Writing are March 16, 17, 18. (see schedule)
Math HSPE is April 13 and Science April 15. (see schedule)
Passing these exams is a graduation requirement.
All sophomores will take the exams, and those juniors and seniors who have not yet passed.
There is no makeup for absentees!
The next scheduled HSPE is August 9-12. |
