The Guild offers members a chance to exhibit their work and participate in friendly competitions. - Bi-annual exhibitions are held to coincide with the Adelaide Fringe in even years. All members are invited to submit recent works for this juried exhibition.
- Our Birthday Challenge is held each year, with items made to a theme or common material and judged by a vote of members at our Birthday meeting in May.
- An exhibition is mounted for the annual Craft and Quilt Fair, held in November at the Wayville Show grounds.
- The Guild sponsors the Adelaide Royal Show competition prizes in spinning, weaving and related crafts. Members and other interested craftsmen and women are encouraged to enter the competition classes of their interest. We welcome feedback about how well the competition classes work and any suggestions to improve the competition.
- The Guild also receives literature about other exhibitions and competitions held around Australia and in other parts of the world. We encourage members to enter these competitions.
