*Applications for new CSF members will be available the first four weeks of each semester. All applications must be submitted with a grade verification form to Ms. McIntosh in Room D249.

CSF Members, 2011-2012 (First Semester)

45 CSF, Art Club, and AP Art History students attended the Los Angeles Memory Walk on Sunday, November 7, 2010. They raised over $2200 to donate to the Alzheimer's Association for this event. We also visted the Norton Simon Museum and had lunch at the Santa Monica Pier.

Thank you to all the people who supported us!

Over 20 CSF students participated in the 2010 Relay for Life at Jurupa Valley High School on May 1. They raised close to $1200 for cancer research. Thank you for all your hard work and donations!

Over fifty CSF and Art Club students raised close to $1700 to donate to the Alzheimer's Association's Memory Walk in L.A. on Sunday, November 1, 2009. We also attended the Getty Museum. Thanks for all your hard work!

Basic Membership Requirements:

Submit qualifying application during the 4-week application period (first four full weeks of each semester).
Attach a grade verification form to your application (use grades from previous semester and check CSF lists to see if your grades earn you enough points to qualify). Your grades can be verified by your guidance coordinator, the registrar, or Ms. McIntosh.

Active Membership Requirements (only active members will be eligible for PHS CSF Senior Scholarships):

In addition to Basic Membership Requirements:

Complete a minimum of 8-10 hours of community service each semester.
Attend at least 70% of all meetings each semester.
Participate in at least one fundraiser each semester.

Seal Bearer Status Requirements:

Maintain at least basic membership for a minimum of four semesters (at least one of which must be during the senior year).
