So you have been talked in to running a half marathon, and you are following a good training schedule. This is a good start, but if you are like me, you are thinking that it might not be a bad idea to lose a little fat at the same time.
There are some good books out there, believe me, I sure have read a few. Performance training books can be categorized in three main areas;
The book I am using is producing some pretty serious results and is obviously in the all too rare category of worth every dollar. But seriously, you can't just read it you need to act on the advice or you have wasted your time reading it. I just read mine for a long time, and glad I am doing more than that now.
