Writing A Check?

Are you writing a check and donating to the Hale Instrumental Music Program? There's a procedure for this. Please follow the instructions below. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

If you are writing a check:

Pay to the Order of: Hale Charter Academy

Memo - leave this part blank.

Write in the amount, sign at the bottom. And that's it! 

Do not mention band, orchestra, concert, reserved seats, or music. Do not write checks out to the PTSA, Mr. Cruz, student store, music department. Below is an example of a correctly written check. Our awesome school secretaries will make sure your donation goes to the Band and Orchestra program at Hale. 

The two checks below are examples of what cannot be cashed or deposited by LAUSD or Hale. Incorrectly written checks will be returned to you.
