A cunning and rather strange member of the Hai! Administrative Panel, his casual remarks are about as nonchalant as his determined skill of "laziness" - usually pertaining to his frequent absences. But if this man was in any way so easily defined, he would never have attained  such a high position in our administration and the international community. Truth is, Kei Uno has managed to not only provide a significant skillset to the system's repetoire, but also used his time with us to perform a series of more than satisfactory tasks to improve the general performance of our members at large.

And along with BLT and myself, he is one of the founding members of Hai!
