Matt Temples & Ramona Stowe |
Say hello to our round dance leaders Matthew Temples and Ramona Stowe. They have been dancing for 10 years, cueing for 8 years and teaching classes for 7 years.
They showcased and taught at the 2007 National Convention in Charlotte, NC; attended the 2010 National Convention in Louisville, KY; taught two of their own dances at the 2007 Georgia State Square & Round Dance Convention in Macon, GA. and most recently they cued and taught at the Tennessee State Square & Round Dance Convention {2009-2011} held in Gatlinburg, TN. Over the years, they have taught and cued at the GSSDA Convention in Macon, GA. {2004-2011} and are regular attendees at the GRDTA Educational Clinic in Blairsville, GA. {2004-2011}.
With The Habersham Squares as their home square dance club, they regularly cue at four other square dance clubs:
The Happy Squares - Athens, GA
The Team Squares - Commerce, GA
The Pacesetters - Anderson, SC
The Paws & Taws - Seneca, SC
Aside from their cueing duties with the above mentioned square dancing clubs, Ramona and Matt host many opportunities for round dancers. One is an "All Afternoon Round Dance" once a month, on a Sunday, at the VFW in Cornelia, GA from 2:00 till 5:00. All levels of dancing will still be available for dancers to enjoy.
Another opportunity for all round dancing is on the "1st and 3rd Fridays", at the VFW in Cornelia, GA from 7:30 till 10:00 p.m. These Friday night dances have Shirley & Matt as your cuers.

VERY IMPORTANT on Practice CDs !!!
As a note, the Class CDs are to be used ONLY at home for personal practice and NEVER at a public dance. Licensing
laws from BMI/ASCAP allows only licensed individuals to perform copyrighted material at public venues, such as a dance.
We would appreciate your cooperation in not copying our CDs to share with other people. What we share with you (the CD)
should not be freely shared with others. A lot of time and effort has gone into creating these CDs that we use as a teaching
aid for our students. Please have anyone interested in a CD to contact us directly. Thank-you for your understanding.
