Your GYSA Soccer Uniform comes with heat pressed numbers and letters. To avoid damage to your uniform, such as numbers peeling, please read and follow the instructions below for the proper care of your GYSA Soccer Uniform.
Washing & Drying Instructions: - Turn jersey INSIDE-OUT
- Wash in COLD WATER on GENTLE CYCLE
- Do NOT use fabric softener or bleach
- Machine dry on COOL and/or GENTLE CYCLE
Reattachment Instructions: In the event that any part of the heat pressed numbers or letters become loose or unattached from the jersey, please follow the reattachment instructions below. - Lay the jersey on a smooth flat surface (an ironing board is perfect) with the numbers or letters facing up.
- Smooth all wrinkles out of the jersey and if needed rearrange the loose or unattached heat pressed numberin or lettering back to its original position.
- Lay a clean, dry cotton cloth over the jersey and heat pressing.
- Place an iron set at 310-330 degrees (no steam) on the cloth which is covering the affected area and apply a 5-10 lbs downward pressure and hold in place for 5-10 seconds over each affected area
- Repeat as necessary, taking care not to burn either the cover cloth or jersey.
