Amesbury Soccer Association will be running a very
popular summer soccer program again this year. This is a great opportunity for
kids who have never played the game to learn in a fun, recreational atmosphere,
and a chance for kids who play other seasons to maintain their
skills.
Practices are held one night each week and all games are
held at Amesbury’s Woodsom Farm fields on Saturdays between 8AM and 1PM from
June 23 through August 11. We typically have 400-500 players and we make the
teams large to accommodate summer vacation absences. You can find out more
about our program at www.amesburyyouthsoccer.org . |

MASS YOUTH SOCCER COACHING COURSESMass Youth Soccer believes that “…the best teacher of the game of soccer is the game itself…” Simply put, children get better at soccer by playing, playing and playing some more. We also believe that well-trained, resourceful coaches will enhance a child's enjoyment of this beautiful sport by creating soccer environments that focus play productively and economically. To that end we have designed a series of coaching courses, each leading to a certificate or license that emphasizes proper coaching principles. We encourage you to take advantage of these courses.
The Spring 2012 Coaching License Courses are in full swing. To learn about earning your Coaching License and where the course nearest you is located, CLICK HERE. G-Licenses (the starting point) courses are also available online.
** Please note that GYSA will reimburse you for the cost of the MYSA Coach Course(s). All GYSA members are eligible, not just current coaches! |
