The Board holds regular monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month and an Annual meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of June each year. All meetings are open to all GYSA Members and attendance is encouraged. All members who attend at least one monthly are eligible to vote on election of Board members during the Annual Meeting. All meetings are conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order.
