Following comments received on the Second Consultation Report, at the MBDC LDF meeting of Thursday 6th November 2008, it was decided that the originally proposed sites were to be replaced with two alternative sites for inclusion in the final public consultation. Land at 197 Hitchin Road, Arlesey
Four pitches will be located here. Temporary planning permission already exists for two pitches, with the proposal being to add four permanent pitches to the land to replace the temporary ones.

Four pitches need to be sited here on land owned by Bedfordshire County Council, with the location being determined after further investigation into access and noise impact.

As noted above, two possible access routes are being investigated by Bedfordshire County Highways. The first is through Stotfold via Baldock Road and the second is directly on tothe site off the A507.
