To print Competition Labels click on the attachment below (printComplabels.pdf). for the Avery template. Use Avery form 8164 for ink jet printers. To print Business Cards for the framed pictures on the tri-fold and nurse's office click on attachment below (Business cards 8371.doc). Use Avery Business card form 8371.
Instructions for Competition Lables:
Affix the Label to the upper right-hand corner of the mat.
The label must be completely filled out:
Title Maker Monochrome or Color Open or Theme Name of Judge Date of Competition
The label MUST be consistent with information you submit through the web site. In effect, if you indicate “Imagename 1” for the Monochrome Theme Category on the Image Entry Form, the label must state that the actual print is being submitted for the Monochrome Theme Competition. If the Image Entry Form and the Label do not agree, the print will be DQ’d. Further, it will not be substituted in either of the Open Categories on that competition date, but may be re-entered in a subsequent event.
The Competition Print Labels can be downloaded from this site by clicking on the Attachment section at the bottom of this page. Use the "PrintComp Labels.doc" Word file. (At the bottom of the page under"Attachments. The 2009 NJFCC Label can also be printed (NJFCC-Labels-75pdf). This is a .pdf file listed in the Attachment section below.
