Women Only Workout

The W.O.W. circuit training program features a unique, stimulating atmosphere in which to workout.  It's also a great place to meet new friends!

 

 


The W.O.W. Program (Women Only Workout) is a total body workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular fitness using dual hydraulic machines and platforms.
One of the most positive assets about this type of workout is the fact that it accommodates both athletic and sedentary women.
This workout can burn up to 500 calories per 30 minutes and should be done a minimum of 3 times per week for maximum results.


The W.O.W. room is a private area for women only that features hydraulic driven, dual purpose workout machines.
