1.     Architects                         1 No.
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Architectural Engineering having minimum 5 years experience out of which 2 years in any GCC countries.

2.     Civil Engineer                   1 No.
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering having minimum 10 years experience out of which 5 years in any GCC countries as site Engineer in construction of horizontal and vertical projects and site development.

3.     Draftsman                        1 No.
B.Sc. from an accredited and reputable university. Three to five years experience in a Major construction company, handling projects.

4.     Land Surveyors                 2 Nos.
B.Sc. or Diploma in Surveying from an accredited and reputable institution, Three to Five Years field experience.

5.     Office Boy                         1 No.
