Who we are

Volunteer mums organising activities for kids (age 5-13) during the Easter and Summer holidays (all courses are professional or have a CRB-checked person in attendance).

Book your tickets on Wednesday 6th July 2011

See each course description for the phone number and booking time
Only 3 children per phone call accepted
Notify us of any special requirements or health concerns eg allergies
Let us know if you can help

Collect your tickets on Thursday 21st July 2011

Bring: A completed booking form (essential for insurance)
Cash or a cheque payable to “Guildford Holiday Fun”
Time: 6:30 – 8.00pm
Place: The Committee Rooms, Onslow Village Hall, Wilderness Road

Directions

Take the Farnham Road out of Guildford; After approx ¾ mile turn right into The Drive; Follow the road through to the shops; The hall is on the right with a car park just beyond

Enquiries and Cancellations

Forgot to book? See late availability, there may be spaces left!
Can’t collect your tickets? Contact us to make alternative arrangements.
Want to cancel your ticket? Often we have a long waiting list and if the place can be re-booked, then we can refund most of the cost to you less a small admin fee.

Notes

GHF is a non-profit making club and a small membership fee is charged
GHF reserves the right to amend or cancel courses should the need arise
Children must be in the age range that has been set for the course
Children under 5 CANNOT be accepted on any course; they are not insured
GHF cannot be held responsible for children leaving activities unaccompanied, please collect them promptly
Many of our activities are held outdoors. Please ensure that children are wearing appropriate shoes and clothing, including waterproofs or sunhats depending on the weather.
Please arrive in time so that our activities can start promptly. Thank you.
