In 2010 Antiques in Alexandria antique show focused on taverns in American popular history.  Naturally, Gadsby's Tavern Museum was an integral part.  To tell the story of Alexandria's (and at one time the country's) premier tavern and hotel, the Director of Gadsby's Tavern Museum, Gretchen Bulova, prepared a concise history of our tavern and its influence in the city.
