Q. I moved the app to SD card, how come the widget and the alarm/repeat function don't work?
A.  If you move to SD card, your widget/reminder/repeat etc. will not work because ANDROID DON'T SUPPORT THAT! If you have already moved to SD card, but you want those features , you have to move it back and reboot you phone.
 
Q.  Why do all my recurring tasks not work after i reinstalled the app?
A.  Recurring tasks will disappear once you reinstalled because currently Google DON'T support recurring tasks and therefore they haven't been synced to the google server.

Q. I don't want the app to auto-sync because when the connection is very unstable, it's annoying that it always try to sync when i'm editing, can i set it to mannually sync only?
A. Yes, you can choose the sync mode to Manual in the settings.

Q. Where is the snooze ?
A. When the due time reached, the alarm will rang, and the snoozer will pop up.


Q. Can I change the list sequence?
A. Yes, you can go to option menu->More->Task List, drag the list to change the sequence.


Q. Can I choose which list not to appear?
A. Yes, you can go to option menu->More->Task List to delete the list you don't want to show, but in that way it will also delete the list in the server.


Q. When problem occur, how can I give you feedback?
A. You can send us error log in the settings->feedback in the app.


Q. Can the app auto-sync with gmail?
A. Currently we only support auto-sync when open it and local edit.


Q. Why can't I see the indent/un-indent and up&down menu?
A. It only support these features except for the 'all' list and list sort by date and name.

Q. Can I directly move a task to another list?
A. Yes, you can press the option menu->Move to list in the task detail page.


Q. Scrolling from list to list is too slow, can I do it faster?
A. Yes, drag the list tab and scroll left and right will do it faster.


Q. How to change an account?
A. You can add account in the system settings and change account by pressing the option menu->Settings->Account .


Q. I don't want to show the 'all' list, can I do that?
A. Yes, you can press option menu->Settings->un-tick 'Enable Tab'all' '

A. Press the system search button.

Q. How to use reminder?
A. In the task edit page, click "Due Date" on the right top corner, then you'll see "Set Reminder" Button 
in the popped dialog.

Q. How to indent the task?
A. Try to long press the task, the indent action is on the popped up dialog.

Q. How does the sync process work?
A. First, some actions like "New Task, Edit Task, Edit task list, Clear Done" will sync immediately.
Then, sync will happen when you start the app or pause/stop the app. (I.E. press the home key)


Q. When I long press the task, the second row of the popped up toolbar was greyed out, why?
A. Because you are in the "Sort by due date" mode, the "Indent, Unindent, ... " actions are only active in the "View in my order" mode.

Q. How to move task to other lists?
A. In the task detail page, there is an option menu "Move to List".

Q. Where I can find my task on the web?
A. You can find it on Gmail or Google Canlendar.
