The GCT Group is a community of Google Certified Teachers who have applied to, been selected for, and completed the Google Teacher Academy. This is a CLOSED community.

The Google Learning Network (or GLN) is a community for any educator who has attended a Google Learning Institute (GLI) produced by Google's education partner, Computer Using Educators (CUE). This is a CLOSED community.

The Google Teacher Newsletter is open to anyone interested in receiving updates about Google's education initiatives. This is an OPEN community.

Work Life
I am an Elementary Technology Integration Specialist at Edina Public Schools in Minnesota.  I taught 5th grade for 9 years prior to my technology integration position.  I support 6 elementary schools in which I train teachers in technology applications and help them to integrate technology into their classroom.
 
Education
I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in Elementary Education.
I earned my masters at St. Catherine's University.
I have a certificate in Educational Technology and Gifted Education from Hamline University.
 
Outdoor Life
When I am not in front of the computer I am skiing, running, hiking, playing tennis, reading and hanging out with friends and family.  I grew up in Aspen, Colorado so I get out there as much as I can!
