Her role is to maintain the computers and infrastructure, as well as train the teachers to utilize technology effectively to support teaching, learning, and their own professional development. A self-professed gadget geek, Kathy is also passionate about effective search strategies, Web 2.0 apps, Second Life, and intellectual property issues. Outside of school, you can find her working on her Web site, Kathy Schrock's Guide for Educators, which she started in 1995 in order to share online resources with others.
