The GCT Group is a community of Google Certified Teachers who have applied to, been selected for, and completed the Google Teacher Academy. This is a CLOSED community.

The Google Learning Network (or GLN) is a community for any educator who has attended a Google Learning Institute (GLI) produced by Google's education partner, Computer Using Educators (CUE). This is a CLOSED community.

The Google Teacher Newsletter is open to anyone interested in receiving updates about Google's education initiatives. This is an OPEN community.

I am just getting into the whole Web 2.0 thing, and was in the Google Teacher Academy in NYC (Nov. 2008).

Right now I am excited about my students in suburban Chicago collaborating with students around the planet around common texts. Since all learning depends on inquiry, we would engage students in questioning each other and the texts. More than that, I cannot at this point say.
