As of 3/26 we are running into issues with this inn.  Though we have not blocked rooms here, the Rookwood is charging our guests an additional 5% gratuity (10% total gratuity) because our guests are part of a group.  The inn is also imposing additional fees for children, even babies.  So while we leave this inn on the list for our guests with young children who may have limited options at other inns, be wary of add-on fees if you choose to book here.
