I am an executive IT professional with international management and consulting experience.  I lead multifunctional and multi-enterprise teams and have been an integral part of enterprise executive leadership.  Achieving the highly unlikely is the hallmark of my career. 

SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:

Business to Government (Billion dollar savings):  Implemented a "single window” internet based application allowing transport operators to submit electronic transit declarations to any national customs.  This is a unique achievement.  Even the European Union has not been able to achieve this within its own borders.  More than 50,000 transport operators supported across thirty nations.  Savings to operators approximately one billion dollars annually.

Government to Business (Risk Management):  Integrated the Russian Federation’s network with the IRU's network reducing IRU’s managed liabilities by five billion dollars annually. 

Thought Leadership / Business Development:  Defined the Business and Systems layers for Digital Equipment's Information Architecture linking the Business and Technical layers.  I also helped develop Digital's business consulting practice leveraging our approach to architecture.

Business Process Transformation: Lead the redesign of Intel's customer master database and call handling systems to view the customer as consumer/influencer, instead of simply a “bill to”, “ship to”, address.  Consolidated geographic and functionally stove-piped (support, sales, marketing) call centers.  I received an internal “ASMO Achievement Award” even though I was an independent consultant at the time.
