AUCTION of PROMISES a great success the organisers did the attendees proud with Pimms, Rice Crackers  and a goody bag for everyone

Then plenty of hot food and drink available to loosen up the pockets - approximately £6000 raised towards the provision of new equipment or revamping the recreation ground for the benefit of the village young and not so young

A lot of work behind the scenes to achieve this well done the committee and its helpers both before and on the night

Last meeting at Guide Hut on Wednesday 14th June resolved to appoint committee as above and produce survey form as attached.

 4th June at Guide Hut at 1930 hrs

Survey results to be assessed and committee will meet to discuss the proposals and view the various companies with a mind to ask 3 to come up with a proposal to move forward

Next meeting date not yet set

Surveyors for various companies have visited - sub committee meet 25th June
