Reglas en inglés (by Ghost) Rules, and situation management - MUST READ

In this situation car B must slow down and get behind car A before the turn.Even if car B is faster approaching the turn, he must nip back behind car A in order to avoid collision.

In this situation car A must follow the outside line while car B will be expected to brake hard and keep the inside line. The dotted lines demonstrate the racing line for each car AFTER the turn has been accomplished. It's important to remember that car B does not go wide after taking the turn because that will result in car A being pushed off the tarmac.

In this situation car B will obviously be faster than car A otherwise he wouldn't be holding that racing line. Car A must allow car B to enter the turn first. The dots demonstrate the line that each car should adopt after the turn.

In this particular situation car A can use any racing line he wants because it's a straight road. As long as car B is completely behind car A, car A has the freedom of using any race line he wants.
Car A is ALLOWED to block car B, as long as car B is behind him.

In this situation car A is forbidden from blocking car B as it can cause car B to spin out off the track. As soon as car B is in line with car A, even if it's just the front of the car, car A is expected to hold his racing line. Any blocking manouvres from this point on is illegal.

In this situation the Blue car MUST be patient and wait until the road is clear. The blue car must not make a move until the Red car has safely passed. If you've spun out, regardless of who's fault it was, don't move until it's safe to do so. Entering the road when cars are passing is dangerous.
The simple rule is as follows: WAIT! LOOK! LISTEN! GO!
