Gresley Male Voice has been proud to invite Celebrity Artist(e)s each year in November, to join us in a Grand Concert in the Burton-on-Trent Town Hall. The first celebrity was Heddle Nash in 1949 and 1950 followed by Owen Brannigan and Gwen Catley in the following years. The following list starts in 1979 with a 17 year old soprano, Lesley Garrett who has found international fame in all aspects of singing.....and dancing!! Such outstanding artists as Bonaventura Bottone and Donald Maxwell have joined us recently and maintained our high standard of invited celebrities .
