1. You have to submit your long brown envelope with complete documents at the receiving counter for checking.

2. After checking the completeness of documents, you will be instructed to pay the exact visa fee at Bank of the Philippine Islands Rufino-Esteban branch located at the ground floor of Sage House.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: DO NOT PAY BEFORE SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS.

Note: Prepayment of visa fee is a requirement of Schengen procedures regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

3. Interview ( if necessary )

4. Call/ verify @ 817-4444 OR 817-3417 after 10-15 working days to check the status of your application/and or release of passport.

5. Releasing of the result of application  starts at 1:00 pm  until 2:00 pm (Mondays through Fridays).  You  may get the result  personally or may send a representative with authorization letter. Attach a photocopy of any of your valid IDs and a photocopy of the representative's valid ID in the authorization.  Together with the authorization letter, the representative is required to present  his/her original ID at the Embassy counter upon the issuance of the result.
