       **It is important to celebrate other cultures because it helps build strong and more positive relationships with people in other parts of the world.  Therefore, we should learn about other countries and cultures.

       **War effects trade and our relations with other countries.

       **It is important to understand other countries' trading systems. If we understand their trading systems we can get better goods from other parts of the world.

       **If we have lower travel prices we could improve our understanding of other cultures because we could go to places and visit.  This understanding will help improve relationships between people living in different parts of the world.  Therefore, we would fund a coupon system where every U.S. citizen could get a one-way ticket to travel anywhere in the world.
