The Green W.O.R.K.S. Party believes...

       **People should do TEN things everyday that are helpful for the earth.  If we each did ten things good for the environment and there are 365 days in a year, well, 365 x 10 = 3,650 good environmental things per person!

       **Recycling is important.  There is too much wasting of materials like plastic, tin, and rubber.  Every city should have recycling bins and people should think of how they can reuse materials and make them into something else.

       **We believe our natural resources are being used up and polluted by people being wasteful and not thinking about the environment. This is causing habitat loss and some species to become endangered like the timber wolf, trumpeter swan, polar bear, and dune thistle (a plant). Endangered species is a big problem.

       **People should try to be more conscious of their actions and how it affects Earth and all the living creatures on it. For example, if you have a picnic on the beach and if a piece of garbage floats away, you should go pick it up.
