A number of years ago I got involved in my first challenge event for charity. It all started with a 50 mile ride from London to Cambridge with a team from my housemates work. It gave me an extra goal while regaining my fitness after injury and as a bonus, helped out a charity. I now have a list of friends who'd like to take part in a challenge with me - Canadian Rockies and maybe a Channel Swim next... :-) If you are interested in finding out more about my current or previous challenges and the charities I've raised money for go to Current Challenge and Past Challenges.
