If you wish to start a new project...
We will then set up a page on this website, complete with communication tools, calendar etc.
If you need volunteers to help with your project, we'll be happy to send out a notice to the group requesting assistance.
Please note : Green Mountain View will support any and all projects run by its members provided that the project guidelines are followed.
- Support will include public outreach if needed.
- Support will include web presence and communications tools.
- Support will include anything else we can come up with for you as our group progresses! Ask us, and we'll see what we can do!
The guidelines we ask you to follow are fairly simple :
- One person should be elected to provide progress reports & updates to the planning committee. That person should be prepared to attend the General Meeting once a month, or at the very least should be prepared to write a monthly report to be presented at the general meeting.
- All public outreach should be at least discussed with the chairs or the Core Media representative.
- No affiliation or collaboration with external groups should be undertaken without discussion with a chairperson or Core member (our future hopes for funding may rely on this).
- We're still building this list of guidelines. We don't wish to be restrictive in any way, shape or form, but we're learning that there are consequences to everything we do. To be effective, we need to be cohesive. We're still learning how to do that.
