Each area has to be self-financing, incorporate environmental educational activities or information, comply with the highest environmental standards and be self sufficient in litter pickers or other volunteers.
Activities needing volunteer event planners include:
- Catering - Energy efficiency and green energy exhibition area - Circus Activities - Manually operated fairground rides and older children's activities area - Fire Show

The festival planning committee meets roughly every 2 to 3 weeks at present, building up to weekly meetings in the run up to the festival. Volunteer planners are expected to attend the festival and support their volunteers on June 7th/8th. Skills and Qualifications No previous experience required - just eagerness to get involved!
