I am Miller Associate Professor in the William H. Miller III Department of Philosophy at Johns Hopkins University.

My research examines questions at the intersection of philosophy of mind and cognitive science, with a significant focus on perception. Recent topics include the nature of spatial perception (within and across sense modalities), the contents of perceptual experience, the format of perceptual representation, and the border between perception and cognition. See my Research page for a list of publications.
