Greater Seattle Chapter

The Greater Seattle Chapter was formed in 1965 by a group of hunters, fishers, and conservationists.  Over the years we have focused our efforts on river and creek restorations and programs such as Washington Outdoor Women to provide more people the opportunity to gain an appreciation and respect for our great outdoors and a solid confidence when accessing them.

Our mission is to conserve, maintain, protect and restore the soil, forest, water and other natural resources of the United States and other lands; to promote means and opportunities for the education of the public with respect to such resources and their enjoyment and wholesome utilization.
