Bath Elementary

“If we want children to flourish, to become truly empowered, then let us allow them to love the earth before we ask them to save it." ~David Sobel

There is a growing concern that children are not spending enough time interacting with nature.  We believe that the outdoors provides many hands-on learning opportunities and encourages them to be stewards of the land.

Bath Elementary students interact with nature in a variety of ways...
*Annie's BIG Nature Lesson at Bengel Wildlife Center
*The Bath Pond located on school grounds

*5th grade camp at Ebersole Outdoor Education Center

*K-8 Hoop Greenhouse and Garden Club

       *Third Grade Arbor Day Festival
