Demix and Dubai Readymix Concrete (DRM), were established in 2000 to supply high quality ready mixed concrete to prestige projects in Dubai. The company have been managed by a reputable local businessman and supported by senior management team with many years experience gained working in all parts of the world. Between them, the management team provides a wealth of experience in the concrete industry. Demix currently produces ready mixed concrete, and lean concrete (CBM) from the manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali Industrial Area. This facility is equipped with the latest computer controlled production plants and the company operates a fleet of modern truck mixers, and mobile and static concrete pumps. Additional manufacturing facilities are currently being established at Dubai Silicon Oasis and in Fujairah. All concrete is produced in accordance with the applicable codes and standards including BS 8500, BS EN 206 and ASTM C94. Demix also currently holds approved supplier status with statutory bodies such as Dubai Municipality and Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority, JAFZA. Demix already met the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 "Quality Management Systems. Requirements" with accreditation and certification that make us stand out of the cowd. Demix Readymix has established a fully equipped quality control laboratory that generally operates in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17025, "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories". This laboratory is staffed by a team of experienced concrete technologists who ensure that all materials produced meet all customer, specification and regulatory requirements. It is the aim of Demix to be the "supplier of choice" for customers seeking only the highest quality materials in Dubai. |
