Rock Climbing and Abseiling
- For groups of up to ten people
- Technical equipment provided - helmet, harness, climbing shoes, rope etc
- Outdoors or on Indoor Climbing Walls
- Climbs chosen to suit the ability of the group.
- Often used to build trust and confidence in group members.
Hillwalking - Summer Conditions
- Groups of up to ten people
- Low level local interest walks
- High level to a significant summit
- Expedition Training
- Mountain Navigation Skills - map and compass - estimating distance travelled etc.
Gorge Scrambling
- Wet or Dry Gorge Scrambles
- Non Technical or Technical to include climbs and abseils in or close to the water
- Clothing available - fleece undersuit and oversuit or wetsuit for very wet trips
- Helmet and footwear (wellies)available
Caving
- Groups of up to 10 people for introductory level caving
- Vertical caving on ladders for smaller groups - six maximum
- Designed to meet the needs of the group - not all caves are tight and muddy!
- Everything from big easy walk-in caves to challenging wriggly passages
- Emphasis on exploration and education
- Can meet some of the requirements of GCSE and A Level Geography or Science syllabus
- Clothing and technical equipment provided - clothing, wellies, helmet etc.
Teambuilding Activities
- A wide selection of Indoor and Outdoor Teambuilding Activities
- Each task designed to last about half an hour or so, including planning and review
- Ideal for a half day activity
- Designed to encourage teamworking and communication skills
