About me... During the 25-plus years I have been reporting on the UK's kitchen and bathroom sectors, I have also acted as an industry consultant for trade associations, manufacturers, distributors, service providers and public relations companies. In addition, I've organised round-table discussions, hosted and run seminars and industry awards presentations, and spoken at conferences in the UK, on the Continent, and in the USA. More recently I have been part of a team responsible for devising and implementing an online strategy covering websites, blogs, Twitter feeds and social networking for a multinational company. A large proportion of my published work has appeared in kitchen and bathroom business magazines and I've frequently spoken on the radio about kitchen and bathroom matters. Today, the majority of my journalism is online rather than in print. Increasingly, I am being asked to provide information for other online media outlets and have set up a separate website for this work. My length of service and business contacts possibly puts me in a unique position within the KBB community, and I enjoy putting my experience to work for individuals and companies in a variety of ways.
