The short term pleasure of some food that you may not even really want does not come close to the feeling of being thin or even on your way to that destination. Even only days into this journey I feel so much better not being stuffed and with the knowledge that I can decide when and what to eat that will help me attain my health goals.
It is such a feeling of strength to know that I can control my health destiny by eating less and on a regular basis. I can plan and control my diet so I am using food and it is not using me.
Lets think about that wonderful feeling when we accomplish our goals and appreciate accomplishing every step towards it's fullfillment.
