- Scheduling: We will continue phasing-in a more direct approach to teacher/volunteer scheduling. Starting with the Ravensworth ES Open House, we will recruit representatives for each of the 24 classes. That team of parent-volunteers will contact their teacher(s) directly and work out a time to schedule the GRACE Art presentation(s) between the 1st and 27th of each month. The volunteer will then post the presentation time and teacher on the Calendar so that everyone can coordinate. We hope this will make it easier for more parents to schedule at a time convenient for them.
- Presentations will be limited to four (4) for the 2011-2012 school year. The GRACE Art budget is limited and keeping to four presentations will allow for better flexibility with the projects.
- Cart and Materials will continue to be located in the room on the east side of the cafeteria (a.k.a. The Boiler Room). The room is locked so volunteers need to ask at the front desk to have it opened.
- Copying will continue to be done in the Arts Materials Room (north end of the school). This room is locked so volunteers need to ask at the front desk to have it opened.
