- We receive a packet on the artist/topic including posters, Powerpoint and teaching instructions/advice
- We meet briefly to discuss the artist and how to teach the material to each grade level
- Volunteers sign-up to teach classes (2 volunteers per one hour class presentation)
- 2 Volunteers (one 'Docent' and one assistant) bring a cart with teaching and craft materials to class
- Docent talks to class for 10 to 15 minutes about artist while assistant places materials at each students' desk
- Docent and assistant help students to complete art activity
- 5 minute clean up and exit classroom
