Groups and individuals seeking to use any large items and rentals at Campout 2012 besides those items covered by the RV policy (generators, sound equipment, etc) and vending items previously approved through a Vendor Application by the Committee MUST submit a Recreational Activity Rental Request to the Committee as described below.

Applications may be submitted via e-mail to bball.cmte.logistics@gmail.com.  All applications must be received by August 29, 2012 at 5:00pm.  All applications for recreational activity rentals are subject to approval by the GPSC Basketball Committee. Any rentals or large items used at Campout 2012 without express written previous permission from the Committee will be removed immediately.
