Location: Level 5, State Services Commission, 100 Molesworth Street, Wellington (map) Time: 1 - 3 PM Historically, information dissemination was limited to print and broadcast media. Target audiences and service users were traditionally passive consumers, managing communications was relatively uncomplicated. This was the age of "the media". With the democratisation of the power to publish through social media, it's an entirely new and challenging proposition. There are no longer barriers to entry—anyone can hear anything, and say anything to everyone.
