![]() Who's Pastor Richard Moore? - Bio Richard Moore is the founder and executive director of MCUMI, Inc., a
leadership development program created for young adults to provide a
stimulating environment for
developing personal disciplines, moral character and leadership qualities. He consults regularly with social-service and religious organizations to help create synergistic solutions to world-impacting problems. Prior to his current position, he was engaged as a human resources professional with a Fortune 100 corporation in the United States where he created employment training strategies, community relations initiatives and internal investigations practices. Currently, he is working on a project to reformat and translate into Portuguese a previously developed employment training workbook for low-income and disadvantaged young adults. Born and raised in San Jose, California, Richard and his wife Jocelyn of 25 years, now live with four of their six children in Campinas, Brasil. Richard has been recognized by the MCIN Network for his innovated initiatives pioneering the international expansion of Master’s Commission.
