Gospel Outreach Association- Educational Outreach

Not only do we feel that everyone needs to hear the gospel message, but everyone should have an opportunity to improve

themselves, learn, and better their lives. We have been involved in many different educational areas.

7 – Music/Sound Room School – Solala, Guatemala

In Nov 2007 we started building a new school in Solala and completed in Nov. 2008.
This school will teach three different classes.  In the first class, the students will write and
produce voice dramas that will be aired on radio stations for a half hour a day.  For the
second class, the students will write dramas, act them out, film them and produce the dramas
on DVD’s to be aired on many cable companies.  In the third class, the students will record
their music and produce their own CD’s.

8 - School-  Santa Cruz la Luguna, Guatemala

Guatemala is a country with high poverty levels.  Often it is because the people don't know how to make their
own money.  One of these areas is Santa Cruz la Laguna.  We have been teaching baking classes to the young ladies- which we are happy to report that many of them now own their own business and are making their own money.

We have also been blessed to teach classes to the older men. In turn, they will be able to teach their children and grandchildren to work in their own businesses- giving them a better future.

In addition, we hold Bible study classes for the children.
