Registration

Registration is easy. To register your child, either:

Come in to the Faith Formation Office and pick up a registration form

OR

E-mail Michelle at michelle@goodshepherdparish.net with your address and she will send you a registration form in the mail. Registration forms will also be available after all Saturday evening/Sunday Masses on June 28th and 29th in the vestibule of the Church.

A separate form must be completed for each child.
