There are two main sections here... 

1. the little one... a bit about my background and family history...

Connected to the GOLEBY name somehow? Maybe a Goolby or Goldby -  and you haven't been in touch with my sister, Lee (in Yandina, Australia) who has now over 21,000 names in our family tree - then email me... I'll pass your details/question on to her.

If your name ends in ...by, I'm guessing there'll be some relationship too - the Viking heritage from the Dane Law area of England. 'Byr' or some derivation meaning settlement or some such.

2. and the big one... a discourse on an area of interest and research of mine... notes on the human condition as viewed mainly from The Personal & Corporate Values Journey (developed by Dr Dave Robinson, recent Prof at Bond Uni, Australia). My journey/story is interleaved, perhaps by way of explanation!
