About IPSA

The International Policy Student Association was founded by students at the Ford School of Public Policy to strengthen and supplement the school's international policy offerings. We aim to stimulate dialogue among students, professors and experts through hosting brown bag lunches, speakers, panel discussions and social activities. We are also the Ford community's resource for learning about international events and opportunities available throughout the University of Michigan.

International Economic Development Program
IPSA organizes the annual International Economic Development Program (IEDP), in which students study the political, economic and social policies of a developing country during the winter semester. The IEDP culminates with a trip to that country to meet with policymakers. Learn more

Careers
IPSA strives to advance the career opportunities of students by working with our Career Services staff to find and advertise job and internship opportunities in international policy. We invite alumni and policy makers to give Ford students insight into the real world of international affairs.
